Velvet Red is a listings platform: advertisers place an ad themselves and visitors make contact directly — off-platform. We do not mediate and do not process payments for services.

Placing an ad

Create an account, fill in your ad and complete verification (18+/consent, photo review and face check). After approval you make the ad visible yourself. A standard listing is free.

More visibility (boost)

With a paid boost/subscription your ad gets a better position. The boost only affects ranking — a free, complete and verified ad stays visible.

Industry-partner ads

Industry businesses can place a labelled ad with a backlink. The price scales with the target area’s population and the duration, with volume discounts for longer durations.

Regional targeting

You target your ad at the whole country, a province or a city. The more specific, the higher the priority in the display.

Payment

Paid placements are charged in advance per period via our payment partner, including any VAT due. You get a reminder before it expires.
