Privacy policy

Account data (email, password hash), ad data you provide, verification data (age/consent confirmation, phone, face check) and technical data (IP, IP country, timestamps). Data about sexual behaviour/orientation is special-category data we process only with your explicit consent.

To provide the service (contract), for safety/fraud and age control (legitimate interest/legal obligation) and, where applicable, your consent. We do not store visitors’ payment data.

We keep data no longer than necessary: account data while the account exists and a short period after; invoices as long as tax law requires; verification data minimised.

We do not sell your data. We use processors (e.g. hosting, payment) under data-processing agreements; transfers outside the EEA only with appropriate safeguards. Disclosure to authorities only under legal obligation.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent. Contact privacy@velvet.red. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
