Velvet Red is solely a listings platform. Advertisers place an ad, free or paid. Velvet Red is not a party to any service, arrangement or payment, does not mediate and does not process payments for services. Contact happens directly and off-platform.

Access is limited to persons aged 18 or older. Where local law requires a higher minimum age for sex work (21 in the Netherlands), that applies. The platform is only available in countries where this is legally permitted or tolerated.

Advertisers are independent and responsible for their ad, rates, contact details and the legality of their offering. Displayed rates are informational only. One account per person; sharing is not allowed.

Material involving minors, human trafficking, coercion or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and reported to the authorities. Also prohibited: infringing third-party rights, deception, and scrapers/bots.

Ads undergo age/consent confirmation, photo review before publication and (optionally) a face check. We may refuse, edit or remove content and suspend accounts on (suspected) breach.

To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited; the platform gives no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content or use.

Paid placements are charged in advance per period via our payment partner, including any VAT due. On non-payment the ad may be removed.

You can report unlawful content; manifestly unlawful content is removed after review. These terms are governed by the law of Nederland.
