Verification policy
Last updated: July 2026
This is template text and not legal advice. Have the final version reviewed by a lawyer (GDPR + local sex-work legislation per country).
To protect visitors and advertisers and to meet the requirements of payment partners and law, every listing goes through verification steps before publication.
1. Age & consent (18+)
Before publication the advertiser confirms being 18+ (and that everyone in the listing is 18+), owning the rights to the content, consenting to publication and agreeing to the terms. Each confirmation is recorded as evidence. Where local law requires a higher age (NL: 21 for sex work), that applies.
2. Photo review before publication
All photos are reviewed before they become visible and only publish after approval. Material involving minors is refused and reported to the authorities.
3. Identity & face check
Advertisers go through a face check (live check) compared against the posted photos, so the listing matches the person. We perform this biometric check only with explicit consent and with data minimisation.
4. Phone verification & claim
A phone number can be verified to prove ownership and to link an imported, unclaimed listing to the right account.
5. Right to work
Advertisers declare they lawfully reside in the relevant country and are allowed to work there; where a permit/registration is required, the advertiser is responsible.
